Headshots Marathon — Terms & Conditions

Required Acceptance Prior to Purchase

By completing this purchase, you agree to the following terms:

1) Reservation Scope

Your payment reserves production capacity, staffing, and a scheduled session within the date on which the Headshots Marathon occurs. Reservations secure access to the session experience, not a guaranteed outcome for a specific individual.

2) Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable once confirmed, except where required by law.

3) Credits in Place of Refunds

If participation cannot occur, the value of the reservation will convert to a credit valid for 12 months from the date of the scheduled event and may be applied toward:

  • a future Headshots Marathon

  • a credit toward a corporate or an organizational headshot session

  • a credit toward an executive or individual headshots

Credits are subject to availability and scheduling.

4) Rescheduling

One reschedule request is permitted with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session and subject to production availability.

5) Transfers & Substitutions

Reservations are transferable:

  • Corporations and organizations may substitute participants at any time prior to the session.

  • Individuals may transfer their reservation to another person.

6) No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the reserved time. The purchase value will convert to a credit valid for 12 months from the date of the original event.

7) Event, Venue, or External Disruption

If weather, venue issues, travel disruption, or other uncontrollable circumstances impact the session:

  • sessions may be rescheduled, or

  • credits will be issued for future use.

8) Participation & Satisfaction

Participants will receive guided posing and the opportunity to view images immediately following the session. Retakes may be provided within the scheduled production window.

9) Retouching

Standard light retouching of basic blemish removal and natural presentation adjustments are included.
Additional retouching or advanced edits are available for an additional fee of $75 per hour.

10) Selection & Delivery of Digital Images

Images are delivered digitally. A link to session results are delivered via email immediately following the session for your selection.

Once your selection is made and immediate download of the selected image occurs. Once a selection is made, the choice cannot be changed.

In the case of corporate or organizational (team) session, the selection is the responsibility of the corporate or organizational contact.

All selections must be made within 7 calendar days of the Headshot Marathon. If no selection is made within 7 calendar days, we will select the image for you.

11) Corporate & Organizational Bookings

Corporate and organizational purchasers acknowledge:

  • participant lists may change

  • unused reservations remain transferable

  • credits may be applied to future team or leadership sessions

  • If no selection is made within 7 calendar days, we will select the image for you.

12) Scheduling Capacity

Headshots Marathon sessions operate with limited production capacity. Preferred time slots and dates are not guaranteed beyond the confirmed reservation.

13) Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Maryland.

14) Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box and completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  • you understand and accept these terms

  • you accept the cancellation, credit, and rescheduling structure

  • you are authorized to make this purchase for yourself or your organization
